- Copy of recent bank statement or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds.
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
Social Visitor Visa

Company Letter
-
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
- Please address your letter to:

Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
Regular processing fee: $150.00 per visa
Rush processing fee: 250.00 per visa.
Consular Fees:
Single/multiple entry-Regular processing $98:00 Valid 1-3 months – Processing time 10+ business days
Single/multiple entry visa-Rush processing $248 valid 1-3 months-Processing time 5-7 business days
A $5 money order/check writing fee will be added to the above visa fees.
