Tourist Visa

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Applications

• • 2 Application Forms, fully completed, signed.

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation

Photos

• • 2 Recent Passport type photos

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• Copy of recent bank statement or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

Social Visitor Visa

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Applications

• • 2 Application Forms, fully completed, signed.

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation

Invitation Letter

• • Invitation from the inviting party, including Certificate of accommodation undersigned by Cameroon Police.

Photos

• • 2 Recent Passport type photos

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

Business Visa

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Applications

• • 2 Application Forms, fully completed, signed, and notarized

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation

Invitation Letter

• • For multiple entries visa, a notarized letter of invitation from the host in Cameroon

Photos

• • 2 Recent Passport type photos

A1 Order Forms

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• • A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
    • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
    • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
    • Name of company/contacts
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
    • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

A-1 Service Fee:

Regular processing fee: $150.00 per visa

Rush processing fee: 250.00 per visa.

Consular Fees:

Single/multiple entry-Regular processing $98:00 Valid 1-3 months – Processing time 10+ business days

Single/multiple entry visa-Rush processing $248 valid 1-3 months-Processing time 5-7 business days

A $5 money order/check writing fee will be added to the above visa fees.

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
