Travel itinerary
A copy of round trip ravel itinerary or tickets clearly showing your travel into and out of Congo.
Invitation Letter

- Hotel confirmation – OR – A letter of invitation from host stating the nature of your visit, length of stay, and the complete address in the Republic of Congo. This letter must be addressed to the consulate of the Republic of Congo, Washington DC. and it is needs to be notarized. Your host also would need to include a copy of passport or the local ID.

A copy of round trip ravel itinerary or tickets clearly showing your travel into and out of Congo. You should also submit a copy of hotel reservation for each hotels that you’ll be staying in Brazzaville.

Company Letter

- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
- Please address your letter to:

Note: Tourist visitors are given a single entry visa that is valid for the specific dates of stay requested on the application (up to one month). Business visitors can request a multiple entries visa, valid for entry for up to 3 months from the date of issue, for a stay up to one month.
Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$145.00 per visa (Regular processing within 10 business days approximately)
$185.00 per visa (Rush processing when permitted by the embassy 4-5 business days)
Consular Fee:
$200 per visa Single or Multiple Entries. A money order fee of $5 will be added to the consular visa fee.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
