Tourist Visa

- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Hotel Confirmation
- You are required to submit a copy of your hotel confirmation for all hotels you stay in Gabon. A letter emailed from the hotel may be acceptable in which case the letter must be on their stationery and it needs to indicate the exact dates of your stay as well as the address and phone number of the hotel.

- The embassy requires the original certificate of vaccination again Yellow Fever.

Letter of Invitation
- A letter of invitation from your host company in Gabon. This letter must indicate the reason for your travel, length of stay in Gabon and the contact information in Gabon.
Company Letter
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.

Vaccination
- The embassy requires the original certificate of vaccination again Yellow Fever.

$125 per visa Regular processing (usually within 4-5 business days)
$155 Rush processing (within 1-2 business days only at the embassy’s discretion)
