Tourist Visa

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Applications

• • 2 Application Forms, fully completed, signed.

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary

Photos

• • 3 Passport-type photos (females ages 9 and up must cover their hair).

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• Visa authorization number must be submitted when ready to begin processing your visa.The authorization can be obtained through tour companies in the USA.
• Any female visitors traveling alone are required to be accompanied by an individual guide.

Business Visa

Passport

A1 Order Form

Company Letter

• • A company letter printed on your stationery addressed to: Visa Section of the Embassy of Iran stating the following:
    • Name and address of the company to be visited
    • Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay
    • The type of visa required, single or multi entry visa
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant while in Iran as well as return transportation to U.S.
    • This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant

Additional Requirements

• Visa authorization number must be submitted at time of processing.The authorization must be  obtained by your inviting party in Iran through the department of foreign ministry in Tehran, Iran. the authorization will be sent directly to the consulate of Iran in Washington DC. You must provide the approval number when ready to apply for your visa.
• Any female visitors traveling alone are required to be accompanied by an individual guide.

A-1 Service Fee:

$150.00 per visa Regular 7-10 business days (at the embassy’s discretion)

$200.00 per visa Express 1-3 business days (at the embassy’s discretion)

Consular Fee:

$125.00 Per Visa – Regular processing – 10 business days

$183.00 Per Visa – Expedited issue in 3-4 business days

the above consulate fees include $5 check/money order fee.

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
