Business Visa

Passport

• Invitation from sponsoring company in Oman (suggested to expedite processing)

A1 Order Form

• Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• A business letter of responsibility is required. It must be typed on your company’s letterhead
• The letter must include the following information:
  • The nature of the business that is being performed
  • The address and name of the business reference that is to be visited
  • A company guarantee of sufficient financial support and liability for the visit
  • A guarantee of return transportation to the United States of America
  • The business letter must be signed by a company officer other than the applicant
• Please address your letter to:
  • Embassy of Oman, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

A-1 Service Fee:

$55.00 per visa

Consular Fee:

$60.00 Per Visa -Tourist Single Entry – Valid 6 months
$150.00 Per visa -Business Multiple Entry – Valid 1 year
