• • Letter of invitation from Sierra Leone host

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• Official letter from the bank certifying sufficient funds are available for the visit.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (recommended by the Embassy)

Business Visa

Passport

Company Letter

• • A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
    • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
    • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
    • Name of company/contacts
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.

A fee of $5 money order/check fee will be added to all via fees.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
