Document Authentication/Legalization
Please remember the following information prior to sending your documents to our office for processing:
- All your documents must be notarized by a public notary
- Once your documents are notarized they will need to be authenticated by your local courthouse in your state attesting to the fact that the notary seal is authentic and certified by your state.

Once you have completed the above three steps, your documents will be ready to be submitted to the State Department in Washington DC followed by the consulate of your choice for the final step.
Please complete one order form for the entire order of authentication process and clearly indicate how many documents will need the seal of the State Department and whether you would need the seal of another country to be placed on your document.
