Additional Requirements
- A visa approval from the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan. The visa approval should be obtained on your behalf by a friend or a relative living in Sudan or the sponsoring company, business partner or joint venture or by an approved travel agency or a hotel in Sudan. This process may take a long time, therefore please allow extra time for obtaining an approval for your visa.

- Copy of most recent bank statement or letter of reference showing sufficient funds.

Company Letter

- A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Please address your letter to:

- There should be no evidence of Israel stamp in your passport. A visa approval from the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan. Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$129.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$50.00 – Former Sudanese citizens
$154.00 USA and all other nationalities – visas are valid for 3 months for stay up to 30 days – Processing time 5 business days.
A $5 check/money order fee will be added to all consular visa fees.
