Tourist Visa (for stay up to 21 days)
Passport
- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
Application
- Application Form, fully completed, signed.
Photo
- 1 Recent passport-type photograph
A1 Order Form
- Completed two-page Order Form
Invitation Letter
- No letter of invitation is required to obtain a single-entry visa only if the duration of stay is within 21 days or less.
Business Visa (for stay up to 21 days)
Passport
- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
Application
- Application Form, fully completed, signed.
Invitation Letter
- An invitation letter approved by department of Foreign Ministry

- 1 Recent passport-type photograph
A1 Order Form
- Completed Order Form (print from browser)
Company Letter
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information (Sample):
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- This letter should be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant.
- Please address your letter to:
