• 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed, and notarized

Proof of Travel

• Copy of itinerary showing round-trip transportation

Proof of Stay

• A copy of your hotel confirmation or invitation

• A Power of Attorney

• A notarized letter stating that any representatives from A-1 Passport and Visa Express is permitted to submit your documents to the embassy of Bulgaria and to pick up your passport and visa when ready.

Photo

• 1 Passport-type photo

A1 Order Form

• Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

Proof of Medical Insurance while in Bulgaria showing coverage of $5000 or more.

Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card)

A copy of latest bank statement

Business Visa

Invitation Letter

• A letter of invitation from Bulgarian host

• A Power of Attorney

• A notarized letter stating that any representatives from A-1 Passport and Visa Express is permitted to submit your documents to the embassy of Bulgaria and to pick up your passport and visa when ready.

• 1 Passport-type photo

A1 Order Form

• Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information (Sample):
• The letter must explain all of the following:
  • The purpose of travel and duties to be performed in Bulgaria
  • Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Bulgaria.
• Please address your letter to:
  • Embassy of Bulgaria, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

Additional Requirements

$120.00 for emergency processing

Consular Fee:

$95.00 Single Entry/ Processed in 3-5 days
$180.00 Next day Processing at the embassy’s discretion
