Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Application

• • 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed.

Please click on the above link “Application form” and scroll to the bottom of that page and click “Continue with Online Application” – Once completed the application download and print and then continue with our instruction on A1 Passport visa’s website.

Business Visa

Company Letter

• A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
  • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
  • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
  • Name of company/contacts
  • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
• Please address your letter to:
  • The Visa Section of the Embassy of Kenya, Washington, DC.

A-1 Service Fee:

$95 per visa regular processing within 5-7 business days
$125 per visa rush processing within 3-4 business days
$195 per visa emergency 24-48 hour processing.

Consular Fee:

A convenient fee of $5 will be added to the consular visa fee for Money order/check writing.

Return Shipping Fees

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands. Please note all FedEx envelopes are shipped without a signature requirement, unless requested. A small fee will apply for a signature requirement.
